Finance and operations work depends on clean numbers, source evidence, repeatable reporting, and careful review. Doe agents can combine files, spreadsheets, connected apps, database analysis, and generated artifacts into workbooks, memos, and approval-ready drafts.

Example Agents

Board Metrics Agent
Use the Q1 Metrics folder, connected revenue data, and @HubSpot pipeline.
Create a board-ready workbook with KPI summary, charts, risks, wins, and open questions.
Validate totals before finalizing.
Investor Update Agent
Create a monthly investor update.
Pull revenue metrics, product shipped notes, customer wins, risks, and next-month priorities from the connected sources.
Draft the email for review and include a supporting metrics table.
Expense Review Agent
Every morning, check @Ramp for transactions over $1,000 from yesterday.
Categorize by department, flag missing approvals, and draft follow-ups to owners.
Do not send until I approve.

Make It Recurring

Finance and operations playbooks are strong Loop candidates because the same review often happens on a schedule.
Every Monday at 7am PT, update the weekly metrics workbook.
Pull revenue, activation, pipeline, and expense signals from connected sources.
Create charts, summarize changes, and share a draft executive update.

Review Checklist

  • Ask Doe to preserve formulas when you need an auditable workbook.
  • Ask for an independent total check when numbers matter.
  • Require source citations for metrics and claims.
  • Keep external emails and calendar events as drafts until approved.
  • Save recurring reports in a Library folder so each run has a durable output trail.
