Access settings from your profile icon in the sidebar. Settings are split into Personal settings (preferences, personalization, memory, actions, security, and data) and Organization settings (connections, channels, plans, usage, membership, and access controls). Use the search box to jump to any setting. Pages you do not have permission to manage are hidden or shown as unavailable, based on your role and your organization’s plan.

Preferences

Email and organization are read-only. Contact an admin to change them. Product updates appear on the in-app Updates page, with unread indicators and an occasional What’s New popup when something big ships.

Personalization

Memory

The Memory page holds the durable facts Doe knows about you: memories you save and lessons Doe proposes while you are away. Ask Doe to remember something in any session, such as remember that I prefer bullet points, and it is saved as a memory that applies to all future sessions. Manage saved memories from this page. Dreams. While you are away, Doe reviews its own past work and proposes lessons it could learn: better approaches, things to watch for, and steps that worked. These proposals appear in the Dreams section, where you can approve or decline each one. With Auto-approve on, safe dreams activate on their own and anything flagged waits for your review. Approved dreams join your Active memories and apply to future sessions. Learning is private by default: proposals are mined only from your own sessions and belong to you. Organization-wide knowledge is a deliberate curation decision made by reviewers with the right permission, never an automatic side effect.

Actions

Control which agent actions run without asking on the Approved Actions page: You can also grant approvals inline from any approval gate in chat, scoped to once, the current session, or always.

Security

Review active browser sessions and devices, log out a specific device, or log out all other sessions.

Data & Privacy

Enterprise plans can add HIPAA compliance and zero-data-retention options. Contact enterprise@doe.so.

Connections

Connect third-party services, reconnect failed accounts, disconnect services, and manage org-wide access for supported integrations. See Integrations.

Channels

Manage where you can message Doe and receive work back: the web app, Slack, your Doe email address, and your connected phone number for iMessage and SMS. See Channels.

Storage

Where available, review Library storage, file indexing, and Desktop Vault folder sync from the desktop app. See Desktop App.

Plans, Usage, and Limits

Use Plans to manage your subscription: plan tier, monthly or annual billing, and seats. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Enterprise plans add pooled usage, fixed monthly credit allowances, audit logs, SSO, and priority support. Use Usage & limits to review your credit balance, the current period’s allocation and consumption, and the usage chart. Credits reset monthly on a stable date anchored to your billing day. You can also:
  • Buy one-time credit packages that never expire
  • Set up automatic top-ups when the balance runs low (admins, with a saved payment method)
  • Review the credit activity log
Admins can break down usage by member. Session titles stay private to each session’s owner, so admins see usage amounts without reading other members’ work.

Membership, Roles, Guardrails, and Audit Log

Organization access controls live in Membership (members, roles, and invitations), Roles (custom roles and permissions), Guardrails (prompt constraints for members, roles, or the whole organization), and Audit log (history of member, role, and guardrail changes). Roles, Guardrails, and the Audit log are enterprise features. See Team for details.

If you belong to multiple organizations, click your profile in the sidebar to switch between them.
