What You Can Share
| Share | Best for |
|---|---|
| Full conversation | Research trails, decision memos, generated files, sources, and activity context |
| Specific response | One answer, draft, table, summary, or explanation |
| File | A completed PDF, workbook, report, image, source document, or export |
| Folder | A project folder, recurring report folder, or reusable set of source files |
Share Conversations
Share a conversation when the reviewer needs the surrounding context: original prompt, follow-up questions, generated files, sources, and activity. When sharing a conversation, choose the access level and whether file attachments should be included.| Option | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Organization access | Teammates in your workspace should review or continue the work |
| Public link | Someone outside your workspace needs a viewable link |
| Include files | The shared conversation depends on uploaded or generated files |
Share a Specific Response
Share a single response when you want to send only the useful result instead of the full conversation. Good examples:- A table of extracted contract clauses
- A drafted customer reply
- A pricing comparison
- A spreadsheet summary
- A list of next steps after a research run
Share Files and Folders
Files and folders can be shared from the Library or preview pane.| Access | What it means |
|---|---|
| Restricted | Only explicitly invited people can access |
| Organization | Anyone in your workspace can access |
| Public link | Anyone with the link can view an individual file |
Collaboration Patterns
| Goal | Pattern |
|---|---|
| Send a research packet | Share the conversation and include generated files |
| Hand off a completed form | Share or download the filled PDF/DOCX from the preview pane |
| Review a workbook | Save the generated spreadsheet to the Library and share the file |
| Reuse source material | Put source files in a folder and share the folder with the team |
| Send one answer externally | Share the specific response or public file link after reviewing contents |
