Doe helps you package finished work for review without making teammates rebuild the context. You can share a full conversation, a single response, a generated file, or a project folder depending on what the other person needs.

What You Can Share

ShareBest for
Full conversationResearch trails, decision memos, generated files, sources, and activity context
Specific responseOne answer, draft, table, summary, or explanation
FileA completed PDF, workbook, report, image, source document, or export
FolderA project folder, recurring report folder, or reusable set of source files

Share Conversations

Share a conversation when the reviewer needs the surrounding context: original prompt, follow-up questions, generated files, sources, and activity. When sharing a conversation, choose the access level and whether file attachments should be included.
OptionUse it when
Organization accessTeammates in your workspace should review or continue the work
Public linkSomeone outside your workspace needs a viewable link
Include filesThe shared conversation depends on uploaded or generated files
Use conversation sharing for research packs, customer investigations, strategy memos, and any workflow where the trail of evidence matters.

Share a Specific Response

Share a single response when you want to send only the useful result instead of the full conversation. Good examples:
  • A table of extracted contract clauses
  • A drafted customer reply
  • A pricing comparison
  • A spreadsheet summary
  • A list of next steps after a research run
Recipients can open the shared response and continue from it in a new chat when they have access.

Share Files and Folders

Files and folders can be shared from the Library or preview pane.
AccessWhat it means
RestrictedOnly explicitly invited people can access
OrganizationAnyone in your workspace can access
Public linkAnyone with the link can view an individual file
When sharing with teammates, you can invite people by email and choose whether they can view or edit. Folder sharing applies to the files inside that folder, which is useful for project work, recurring reports, onboarding packets, and shared research sources. Owners can update access, remove people, or stop sharing later.

Collaboration Patterns

GoalPattern
Send a research packetShare the conversation and include generated files
Hand off a completed formShare or download the filled PDF/DOCX from the preview pane
Review a workbookSave the generated spreadsheet to the Library and share the file
Reuse source materialPut source files in a folder and share the folder with the team
Send one answer externallyShare the specific response or public file link after reviewing contents

Review Before Sharing Publicly

Before creating a public link, review the content and included files. Public links are useful for external review, but they should only include information you are comfortable sharing outside your workspace.
Sharing respects file and workspace permissions. If someone cannot open a shared item, check whether they have access to the workspace, file, folder, or conversation.
